Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, the same platform trusted by Amazon, Shopify, and millions of businesses. Your card details are never stored on our servers — they go directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Workers connect a bank account through Stripe during setup. Tips accumulate in their account balance and are paid out on a regular schedule. Payouts typically arrive in 1–2 business days.

Anyone who receives tips as part of their service — valets, bellhops, doormen, nail technicians, barbers, caddies, dockhands, coat check attendants, housekeeping, shuttle drivers, and more. If you get tipped, this app is for you.

Customers need Bluetooth enabled to discover workers. Workers also need Bluetooth on, but don't need to have their phone out — just toggle on visibility from the dashboard and put the phone in your pocket. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) has minimal battery impact. Workers can also generate a QR code as a backup option.
